2. Services
RP Management HVAC provides heating installation and repair, air conditioning installation and repair, and emergency HVAC repair services to residential and commercial customers across our designated service areas in Greater Boston and the Merrimack Valley. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Service appointments are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. RP Management HVAC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or emergencies. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of any scheduling changes.
4. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by RP Management HVAC are based on an initial assessment of the work required. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, parts required, and any additional issues discovered during the service visit. Customers will be informed of any changes to the estimated cost before additional work is performed.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. RP Management HVAC accepts multiple forms of payment. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
RP Management HVAC stands behind the quality of our work. Warranties on parts and labor will be communicated to the customer at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or conditions beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
RP Management HVAC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, disclosing any known issues with the property or existing HVAC system prior to service, and ensuring that the work area is clear and accessible at the time of the scheduled appointment.
9. Cancellations
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected by RP Management HVAC in connection with the provision of services will be used solely for the purpose of delivering those services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
